This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service. You may not use Malixis AI to engage in the activities below.
Prohibited activities
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive outreach
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that exploits minors
- Publishing illegal content, or content that infringes others' IP or privacy
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or social-engineering attacks
- Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing platform or connected social APIs
- Using the Service to operate competing bulk-automation abuse networks
- Uploading malware or interfering with Service integrity or availability
AI-generated content
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated captions, images, and replies before publishing. Do not use the Service to generate content that violates this AUP or applicable platform rules (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and others).
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, or the Service. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement.
