Roles
Customer is the Controller of Customer Personal Data. Malixis AI is the Processor when processing that data to provide the Service.
Scope of processing
- Subject matter: SaaS social media operations and related AI assistance
- Duration: term of the customer subscription plus deletion/retention windows
- Nature: storage, transmission, analysis, and display as needed to deliver features
- Categories: account, business profile, usage, billing identifiers, connected-channel metadata
Sub-processors
Malixis engages sub-processors listed in the compliance baseline (Stripe, hosting, email, auth, and social APIs you connect). Material changes to required sub-processors are communicated with at least 30 days' notice where feasible.
Security & assistance
Malixis implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, assists with data subject requests, supports breach notification obligations, and deletes or returns Customer Personal Data after termination subject to legal retention (including immutable audit logs).
