By accessing or using Malixis AI ("Service") you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Service availability
During the pilot period the Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise a specific uptime SLA, and features may change as we learn from pilot customers.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service to publish spam, harassment, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent security controls.
Intellectual property
Content you provide remains yours. By uploading or connecting your accounts you grant Malixis AI a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You retain all ownership.
The Malixis AI platform, software, and branding are owned by Malixis AI Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. Malixis AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
The pilot Service is provided AS-IS without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Malixis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim (or USD $100 if no fees were paid).
Dispute resolution
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, seated in London, England. You and Malixis AI waive class actions to the extent permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or security harms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms or deprecate features from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes or feature removals take effect.
